Advertising Information and Specifications
Payment for advertising must be made before an ad appears in the publication. No exceptions will be made. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express as well as checks or Money Orders made out to The Rottweiler Magazine or TRM.
We will make up your ad at no additional cost from material you send in, or, if you prefer, you can send your ad "print-ready". (Please note: We no longer offer discounts for "print-ready" ads.)
Trimmed page size of our new monthly is 8.5 inches by 11 inches. ADS MUST BE 8.75" X 11.25" TO ALLOW FOR TRIM. Please keep all copy within a safe area of 8" X 10.5". All "print-ready" ads must be submitted in an adobe format: psd, pdf, jpg, tif and must be full size at 300 dpi. Please so not submit ads designed in Word or other Microsoft design files – we are Mac and cannot open them.
When sending material for us to make up your ad, you may email hi-resolution photo files – saved as RGB JPEGS that are at least 5"x7" and 300dpi – to therottiemag@cfl.rr.com. Please include the copy for your ad in your email or as an attached .doc file. We will not have a great deal of time to review ads back and forth, so please make sure what you sent to us is accurate. If you must send us your material by US mail, please email confirmation that a package has been sent so we can watch for it. Make sure your email includes your typed ad copy to help us eliminate typos generated here.
